Payment must be received in full prior to the conference. Access will not be permitted if full payment has not been received.

Cancellation

• More than 60 days prior to the event: 50% refund of registration accommodation fees
• Less than 60 days prior to the event: 25% refund of registration accommodation fees
• Less than 30 days prior to the event: no refund.
